Development Application received from Honeycombes Developments

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) has received a new development application from Honeycombes Developments Pty Ltd (the applicant) for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for a Retirement Facility and Multiple Dwelling (77 accessible apartments), Community Use, Food and Drink Outlet and Sales Office over land located within the Oxley Priority Development Area at 10 Honeyeater Circuit, Oxley (Lot 302 on SP326512). The apartments are designed to a Gold (minimum of 25% of apartments) and Silver (the remaining apartments) Livable Housing Australia Standard.
