Development application open for public notification

Development application public notification - 17 November to 15 December 2021

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is the landowner of the former Yeronga TAFE site, known as Parkside Yeronga. EDQ, as master developer, has lodged a development application for:

  • preliminary approval material change of use (master plan); and
  • development permit for reconfiguring a lot (eight future development lots, new roads and public open space).

The development application will be publicly notified for 20 business days, until close of business, Friday 17 December 2021.

The application and all associated documents can be viewed on EDQ’s current applications web page.
