Master plan development application lodged

The master plan development application (DA) for the Parkside Yeronga urban renewal precinct has been lodged.

The DA and supporting documents are available on EDQ’s Current applications and approvals web page, reference DEV2021/1221.

The proposed master plan includes a permanent home for the Yeronga Community Centre and a new purpose-built Children’s Health Queensland services hub. Retirement living facility, custom designed townhomes, social and affordable units and over 5,000 square metres of open space areas are also proposed.

The public will have an opportunity to have their say on the proposed master plan of the former Yeronga TAFE site in November 2021. Notification dates are yet to be confirmed.
