Assessment of the master plan development application

Assessment of the development application (DA) for Preliminary Approval Material Change of Use (master plan) and Reconfiguring a Lot for Parkside Yeronga is ongoing.

All matters raised and feedback received from the community during the 20-business day public notification period for the application have been reviewed and will be considered by Economic Development Queensland’s (EDQ) Development Assessment team in the assessment of the application. The decision on the master plan application is expected in the next couple of months.

A Material Change of Use application for the new Yeronga Community Centre has been submitted to EDQ for assessment. The community centre application is under review, and a decision on the application is expected by the Minister for Economic Development Queensland (MEDQ) in the coming months.
